ESTUARIES offers the following types of Shipping:

CONTINENTAL USA:
Standard Ground - FREE - 3 to 5 Business Days
Fedex 2nd Day - $18.00 - 2 Business Days
Fedex Next Day $$39.00 - Next Business Day

ALASKA AND HAWAII:
Standard Ground - FREE - 3 to 5 Business Days
Fedex 2nd Day - $26.00 - 2 Business Days
Fedex Next Day $50.00 - Next Business Day

INTERNATIONAL:
Canada International Economy - $42.00 - 3 to 5 Business Days
International Economy - $50.00  - 3 to 5 Business Days

Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 7:00PM EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the NEXT day. Orders placed after 7:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the day after the next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a Hawaii or New York address.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.

 

RETURN POLICY

Estuaries wants to ensure your complete satisfaction, returning a style couldn't be easier. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home, and if you need to send them back, you have 20 days from the invoice date to exchange or return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ORIGINAL tags still attached. For Panty, the hygienic protection must NOT been remove. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Your RETURN shipment will include a printed invoice and return form. The return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. The return form does not need to be complete to qualify for a return. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 2 weeks from the date of receipt.

Domestic shipping is complimentary on all exchanges. Please note we are not able to hold items for exchange.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

ESTUARIES is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
